Hello, Thank you for the very informative video! My name is Jelena and I am currently looking into how to obtaining Serbian citizenship. I am ethically Serbian by descent, however, my family lived in Croatia and then emigrated to Canada in the early 1990's due to the war. Prior to emigrating to Canada, we lived in Serbia for a short time. When I was looking into the citizenship options, it seemed that I may not be eligible to obtain citizenship by descent due to the fact that neither I or my family were born in Serbia. I currently operate a business in Canada that I am also thinking to transfer to Serbia and I was wondering if you could clarify what my options are for obtaining citizenship? I am a US retiree and I am interested in moving to Colombia. Here is my problem: Double taxation. At present Colombia doesn’t have any tax treaties with USA. US tax system has exemption for foreign income up to $119,000 but Colombia doesn’t have any exemption for income made in USA. Colombia has a 183 days or more tax rule which makes me a tax resident if I stay more than 184 days or more in Colombia. I heard that the Colombian tax rate is around 30%. How could we avoid the double taxation issue? Maybe stay in Colombia for 6 six months or less.Please advise me.

Hands down the worst Tourism Minister in Malaysia ever. Cant even make up his stoopid mind. Today he came up with these requirements, 6 months later he changed his mind and add new requirements. Trust me, in the next few months or a year at most. When he sees MM2H applications dropped again, he will change his mind and relax the requirements. And then he has the audacity to strip away Sarawak & Sabah rights to set their own MM2H policy when it is not supposed to be the federal government jurisdiction to begin with. This guy is a nut case. At a time when the federal government is fragile he had the audacity to stir the pot with the PGS party who holds a large amount of sit in Parliament. This is what DAP does best, ruining relationships with Borneo Malaysia and then when they lose they cry a river. Anwar should get rid of him and replace him with a more capable minister.
